A leading company in the education sector is seeking a Primary Teacher in Orpington. This role involves planning and delivering lessons, assessing student progress, and fostering a positive learning environment. The Primary Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons to primary school students, assessing student progress, and providing feedback to students and parents. The teacher will create a positive and inclusive learning environment, implement the school curriculum, and participate in staff meetings and professional development activities.
A valid teaching qualification recognised in the UK, such as a PGCE or QTS. Enhanced DBS check. Knowledge of current educational trends and practises.
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
Previous experience teaching in a primary school setting is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners. Excellent classroom management skills. Proficiency in using educational technology.
Additional training in Special Educational Needs (SEN) or experience working with children with SEN.
The Primary Teacher will work in a primary school setting, collaborating with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders. The role may involve some additional responsibilities outside of normal school hours, such as parent-teacher meetings and extracurricular activities.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
