Job Title: Primary Teacher and Phase Leader

Job Role: Phase leader and year 3 or 4 teacher
Location: Redbridge
Rate: Paid to scale
Start Date: September (possibly earlier)
Contract: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

Are you a passionate and qualified Primary Teacher looking for an exciting opportunity in East London? If so, GSL Education are looking for a proactive Primary teacher and phase leader to join our school in Redbridge. Responsibilities:

• Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons in line with the primary curriculum.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports all students.
• Differentiate teaching strategies to cater to diverse learning needs.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff to enhance student development.
• Maintain high expectations for student behaviour and achievement.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
• Experience teaching in a primary school setting.
• Ability to adapt and differentiate teaching strategies.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• A passion for education and student development.
• An enhanced DBS on the update service or a willingness to apply for one.
