Responsibilities of a Primary School Teacher:

• Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing feedback and support where needed

• Maintain excellent classroom behaviour management in line with school policy
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to support pupils’ development
• Contribute to the wider life of the school, including extracurricular clubs, events, and trips

Primary Teacher Requirements:

• QTS or ECT status is essential
• Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and effective teaching strategies
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
• Passion for education and the ability to inspire young learners
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
• Have an up-to-date CV (covering the last ten years, barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one)
