We are ready to assist early career teachers to gain vital experience and build confidence.

The Role

We are looking for teachers with positive behaviour management skills who are passionate about teaching. Opportunities include EYFS Teacher, KS1 Teacher, KS2 Teacher, and PPA Teacher.

Some positions are full-time, others part-time, and we also have supply work available.

These schools seek engaging, reflective teachers interested in professional development and starting their teaching careers.

  • Communicate clearly with staff members.
  • Work closely with class Teaching Assistants to support individual children.
  • Build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
  • Hold high expectations for pupils' achievements.
  • Be creative when planning lessons.
