Job summary

Randstad Education is seeking a Primary Supply Teacher to cover day-to-day short-notice positions across Bristol and surrounding areas. You will deliver pre-planned lessons, maintain a positive learning environment, and hand over to permanent staff at the end of each shift.

The role offers flexible scheduling, with daily rates between £130 and £160, and opportunities to gain experience across EYFS, KS1, and KS2. UK work rights and QTS/ECT are required.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT) status.
• Possession of an enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
• Strong classroom management capabilities and professional adaptability.
• The legal right to work within the UK.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality lessons based on pre-planned materials provided by the school.
• Maintain a safe, orderly, and productive environment conducive to learning.
• Uphold all school policies regarding behaviour management and safeguarding.
