Job summary

Reeson Education is seeking a passionate Primary Teacher to join a welcoming mainstream primary school in the M44 area. This long-term role starts in September 2026, teaching a Lower KS2 class for 2 to 5 days per week.

Candidates must have QTS and recent KS2 teaching experience, with strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and excellent classroom management. The role offers a consistent timetable for the full academic year with support from Reeson Education.

Responsibilities

• Teach Lower KS2 class for 2–5 days per week.
• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons across the KS2 curriculum.
• Create an inclusive learning environment where all pupils can succeed.
• Support pupils of varying abilities to make strong academic progress.
• Assess and monitor pupil progress effectively.
• Work with teaching assistants and support staff to meet individual learning needs.
• Promote positive behaviour and high expectations within the classroom.
• Build strong relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
• Contribute to the wider life of the school as a committed Primary Teacher.
• Work collaboratively with the Lower KS2 team and senior leadership.

Pay: £132 to £232 per day (PAYE or Umbrella)

Contract: Part-Time to full time- Full School Year

Reeson Education is seeking a passionate and experienced Primary Teacher to join a welcoming mainstream primary school in the M44 area. This long-term Primary Teacher role will begin in after half term and continue for the full academic year, teaching a Lower KS2 class for between 2 to 5 days per week.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Primary Teacher who is looking for a consistent role within a supportive and well-established primary school. QTS is essential for this Primary Teacher position.

Primary Teacher - What You\'ll Be Doing

• Teaching a Lower KS2 class as a part-time Primary Teacher
• Planning, preparing and delivering engaging lessons across the KS2 curriculum
• Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment where all pupils can succeed
• Supporting pupils of varying abilities to make strong academic progress

Primary Teacher - What We\'re Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
