Job Title: Primary Teacher

Location: Redhill, Surrey

Start Date: Starting in September 2025, with flexibility to start after May half term if needed.

Contract Type: The school offers a flexible approach for the right candidate, including full-time, long-term, interim, or permanent positions.

Salary: GBP193.37 - GBP295.07 per day (Umbrella contract). PAYE contract options available.

Year 2 Teacher Job Description:

1. Develop and implement tailored lesson plans to meet diverse learning and behavioural needs.
2. Provide timely feedback and monitor student progress.
3. Apply effective behaviour management strategies suited to students.
4. Create a welcoming, safe, and respectful classroom environment that encourages enthusiasm for learning.
5. Maintain open communication with students, parents, and colleagues to foster collaboration.

The ideal Year 2 Teacher:

1. Hold a recognized teaching credential, such as QTS.
2. Proven experience engaging primary students with behavioural challenges, demonstrating skill in managing diverse needs.
3. Exhibit patience, empathy, and enthusiasm to make a meaningful impact on students' lives.
4. Maintain an up-to-date DBS check.
