We are currently recruiting for Primary Supply Teachers to work across Lancashire either on a part-time or full-time basis. We offer a variety of roles, including daily cover (ad hoc), short-term, and long-term positions to suit your needs.

To be considered, you must have valid UK QTS/QTLS and recent experience in education within the last 18 months.

The ideal Primary Teacher should:

  • Hold UK QTS and have experience working in British Schools
  • Have at least 1 year's experience in a Primary School
  • Be passionate about teaching
  • Be confident in the classroom
  • Have recent 'good' or 'outstanding' lesson observations

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has good communication skills
  • Possesses effective behaviour management techniques
  • Is committed to working with staff, parents, and the community to promote inclusion and opportunities for all
  • Maintains professionalism
  • Has a proactive and inclusive attitude towards learners' progress

Spencer Clarke Group recruits Primary Teachers and Teaching Assistants across Preston, Blackpool, Blackburn, Burnley, and surrounding areas, covering EYFS to Year 6.

We offer both short-term and long-term roles, including ad hoc and permanent positions.

All pay rates include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary role, with potential for permanency later.
