Overview

Job Title: Primary Teacher

Location: Park School, Chipping Norton, OX7 5QH

Salary: £31,650 - £43,000 per annum (not pro rata) dependent on experience and qualifications

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Contract: Permanent, Term-Time Only

Start: October 2025

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher who wants to spend less time on paperwork and more time focusing on what really matters – creating meaningful and engaging learning experiences for pupils.

At Park School, you will:

• Teach small classes of pupils with varied and complex needs, tailoring your approach to meet individual learning styles.
• Design and deliver creative, flexible, and inclusive lessons that capture imagination and inspire progress.
• Work closely with a multi-disciplinary team including support staff, therapists, and pastoral colleagues to ensure every child’s needs are met.
• Contribute to pupils’ social, emotional, and personal development, not just their academic outcomes.
• Play a key role in maintaining our strong safeguarding culture, ensuring pupils feel safe, respected, and supported at every step.
• Be part of an environment where pupil voice matters – our learners are actively involved in their education and encouraged to make choices about their learning journey.
