About the Role:
We are recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and vibrant primary school in Partington, seeking a passionate and dedicated PPA (Planning, Preparation, and Assessment) Teacher to cover across EYFS, KS1, and KS2. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic educator to join a supportive team and make a real difference to the learning and development of children across the whole school.
As a PPA Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons across a range of subjects to students in Early Years, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2. You will work alongside the school's experienced teaching staff, ensuring that pupils receive engaging and well-planned lessons while supporting teachers with their planning and assessment.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
Provide PPA cover for classroom teachers, ensuring a high standard of teaching and learning.
Support the development of a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Collaborate with colleagues to deliver effective learning experiences.
Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and provide feedback to the class teachers.
Promote the school’s values and help students achieve their full potential.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Experience teaching across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to work with diverse groups of children.
A passion for teaching and a commitment to providing the best possible learning experience.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential.
A creative approach to planning and delivering lessons.
