Supply Desk Ltd is looking for passionate and motivated Primary Teachers to support schools in the East Sussex area. Opportunities across KS1 and KS2 with flexible day-to-day, short-term and long-term placements.

Whether you’re an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher, we’d love to hear from you. Competitive daily rates and dedicated consultant support are provided along with CPD access.

Formación

• QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching within a primary school, or ECT status.
• Good knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum.
• Confidence managing a classroom and engaging pupils.
• A flexible, proactive approach to teaching.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A genuine commitment to creating an inclusive learning environment.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons across KS1 and/or KS2.
• Plan learning activities that meet the needs of pupils with different abilities.
• Create a positive classroom atmosphere where children feel confident and supported.
• Assess learning and adapt teaching to help pupils make progress.
• Encourage curiosity, creativity and a love of learning.
• Maintain positive behaviour and clear classroom expectations.
• Build strong relationships with pupils, colleagues and school staff.

Pay Rate: £150 – £260 per day, depending on experience
