Mana Education is seeking Primary Teachers for opportunities across Hinckley and surrounding areas. Roles include day-to-day supply, short-term and long-term placements, maternity cover, and permanent positions with varying pay scales.

Tell our Leicestershire team which year groups you enjoy, your availability, and travel preferences. ECTs and experienced teachers are welcome. We aim to match you with suitable schools and provide ongoing support.

Qualifications

• QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching in UK schools is welcome.
• Strong classroom management and adaptability are essential.
• Ability to support pupils with diverse learning needs is needed.
• Reliability and clear communication with school staff are important.
• Commitment to safeguarding and helping children learn is expected.

Responsabilités

• Deliver lessons and manage classroom environments.
• Provide continuity during short-term and long-term placements.
• Adapt to different year groups (EYFS, KS1, KS2) as required.
• Support pupils with varying learning needs and abilities.
• Communicate with schools and mana education consultants about placements.

Primary Teacher - Hinckley and Surrounding Areas

Supply pay: £120-£271 per day, depending on the role, pay scale and school

Location: Hinckley, Burbage, Barwell, Earl Shilton, Stoke Golding, Market Bosworth and surrounding villages

Contracts: Day-to-day supply, short-term, long-term, maternity cover and permanent

Hours: Full-time and part-time opportunities

Key stages: EYFS, KS1 and KS2

You don't need to teach every primary year group. Let us know whether your strengths lie in Nursery, Reception, KS1 or KS2.

• QTS / equivalent recognised teaching qualification OR relevant experience in UK schools
• Confidence teaching within EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2
• Positive classroom management and an adaptable approach
• The ability to support pupils with different learning needs
• Reliability and good communication with school staff
• A commitment to safeguarding and helping children learn
