Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver creative, inclusive lessons that meet the national curriculum
Foster a safe, positive and inspiring classroom environment
Support pupil development both academically and socially
Assess progress and adapt teaching to meet individual needs
Collaborate with support staff, parents, and school leadership to maximise pupil outcomes
What We're Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching in EYFS, KS1 or KS2 (or strong placement experience for ECTs)
Excellent communication, classroom management, and organisation skills
A caring, proactive approach to teaching and learning
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
