Rate: GBP180 to GBP200 per day (Depending on experience)

About the Role:

As a Primary Teacher in Chesterfield, you will play a vital role in supporting students with SEMH needs, helping them thrive both academically and personally. You will work closely with a collaborative team to deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the unique needs of each learner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver creative and inclusive lessons aligned with the primary curriculum.
• Support students emotional and academic development in a nurturing environment.
• Provide tailored one-on-one and small group instruction.
• Monitor and assess student progress, adapting strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with staff, parents, and external professionals to support holistic development.
• Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom culture.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

What We re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or equivalent.
• Must be a driver due to the location and nature of the role.
• Experience or strong interest in working with SEMH students.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach to teaching.
• Trainee or early career teachers are welcome to apply.
