Job description

Tradewind Recruitment are seeking a confident KS2 Primary Teacher for a long term role starting in September 2025.

We are currently working alongside a primary school based in Chester who are looking for a KS2 Teacher for a long term contract starting from September 2025. The role is teaching in a great Year 5 class for 2 terms start from the 2nd September through until the February half term.

The role is a full time position that will require working 8:30am to 3:30pm Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate must be able to build positive relationships with students and staff and be confident in delivering engaging lessons following the KS2 curriculum.

The school is a lovely 1 form entry primary school located in the centre of Chester which is easily accessible by car or public transport. The school has a brilliant ethos in providing students with brilliant early years development.

To be considered for this role, we will need -

• Qualified Teaching Status in the UK with experience in Primary Education.
• Proof of Right to Work, this could be your Passport or Birth Certificate.
• A CV that covers 10 years of education or employment.
• A fully enhanced DBS certificate or be willing to process one with us. (We will refund the cost of the DBS)
