Vision for Education are working closely with a Primary School in Chatham to recruit a Primary Teacher to support either KS1 or KS2 pupils.

The Role

We are looking for a compassionate, patient and trustworthy Primary Teacher to work to alongside a caring and supportive team. A successful Primary Teacher will have eagerness to inspire the educational interests of the pupils and ready to take on new daily challenges.

For this role, you will need to be open to working flexibly between KS1 and KS2, therefore must have an openness and creativity to adapt to the needs of the pupils.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons that meet the needs of all pupils.
• Encourage pupils to develop their character and personal growth.
• Ensure pupils achieve their academic targets.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that focuses on effective learning.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and share best practices.
• Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents.
• Participate in extracurricular activities and school events to enrich the school community.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching qualifications.
• Proven experience in a teaching role.
