Primary Teacher (KS1 or KS2) – Chatham

Location: Chatham, Medway
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Full-Time, Long-Term (Until July 2026)

Supply Desk are proud to be working in partnership with an Ofsted-rated ‘Good’ primary school in Chatham, which are seeking two full-time class teachers – one in Key Stage 1 and one in Key Stage 2 – to join their team from September 2025 through to at least July 2026.

About the Role:

• Full-time class teacher position in either KS1 or KS2 – based on your experience and preference.
• Full teaching responsibilities: planning, delivery, assessment, and pastoral support.
• Opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with shared planning time and regular team meetings.
• A supportive leadership team who prioritise staff development and wellbeing.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Have primary teaching experience and be comfortable working in either KS1 or KS2.
• Be engaging, flexible, approachable, and confident in adapting to different needs within the classroom.
• Have experience working with children from a range of backgrounds, including those who are vulnerable or have additional needs.
• Be open to continuous learning and professional growth.
• Be available full-time from September 2025 – July 2026 (with potential for extension).
