Position: Early Career Teachers (ECTs)
The primary school is looking for enthusiastic and committed Early Career Teachers to join our supportive school community. The successful candidates will have a passion for teaching and a commitment to creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment for our young learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons that cater to the diverse needs of primary school students
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active learning and positive behaviour
- Inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential through engaging and creative teaching methods
- Monitor and track student progress, providing regular feedback and support to help students achieve their goals
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, fostering open communication and collaboration
- Participate in the wider life of the school, including extracurricular activities, events, and initiatives
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of the school
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards QTS (ECTs are welcome to apply)
- Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and effective teaching strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive and collaborative approach to working as part of a team
- A commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice
