UCM Education is seeking a dedicated Primary Teacher with strong Maths experience to join their hospital school team in Bromley. This unique full-time role involves teaching a varied primary curriculum while supporting students facing physical or mental health challenges, making it an incredibly rewarding opportunity.
We are looking for a committed and flexible Primary Teacher with strong Maths teaching experience to join our hospital school team in Southwark and Bromley. This is a rewarding full-time role within a unique educational setting, where you ll be supporting pupils managing physical or mental health conditions.
You will be:
Teaching a broad primary curriculum, with a focus on Maths
Supporting students primarily in the classroom, with occasional teaching on hospital wards
Confident, adaptable, and enthusiastic about working with pupils with a wide range of needs
Collaborating with clinical and educational teams to ensure the best outcomes for learners
Full-time Primary Teacher (No requirement for SEN training)
Start date: Trial Day as soon as possible to start 07 July until December 2025.
Applicants can also apply for a fixed-term role from January 2026 July 2026.
Teaching: Primarily Key Stage 1 and 2, with some possible teaching across Key Stage 3 and 4.
Must be confident in teaching Maths to a high standard.
This role is based in a hospital school classroom, with the potential to deliver teaching on the wards when required.
