Education Supply Pool is a PAYE Employer recruiting Primary Teachers on behalf of schools based within Blackwood and its surrounding areas. We are looking for a Primary Teacher who has obtained Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a PGCE or a BA in Education. This role will support day-to-day, short-term, and long-term positions on supply. Joining supply is also a great opportunity to gain experience within different school settings while maintaining a flexible schedule.

Having a valid UK Driver's License will increase your opportunities to find work.

• A minimum pay rate for a Primary Teacher of at least M1 (Currently £166.33 per day).

The successful candidate must:

• Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Have experience teaching within the UK.
• Be able to set high standards.
• Deal with challenging behaviour and maintain discipline.
• Plan innovative and creative lessons.
• Have the appropriate education and training.
• Liaise with other staff members to deliver the curriculum.
• Maintain necessary assessments of pupils.
• Inspire and motivate pupils.
• Be adaptable and reliable.
• Be a flexible and confident individual.
