Job description

Tradewind Recruitment is working with a number of primary schools in Birmingham and the surrounding area to support their short-term staffing needs across all year groups.

Are you an ECT looking to build your teaching experience, or an experienced teacher seeking a better work-life balance? Daily supply teaching could be an excellent option for you.

As a supply teacher, you will have the opportunity to teach in various settings and cover a wide range of year groups with pupils from diverse backgrounds.

You will be expected to adapt to the school's needs on the day, follow their behaviour policy, deliver the lesson plan, and complete any necessary marking before leaving.

It is essential that you are confident in building rapport with students quickly and maintaining effective classroom management.
