Early Career Teacher (ECT) - Birmingham

  • After submitting your CV, eligible candidates will be contacted for an initial chat about your experience and motivations
  • If shortlisted, you will be invited to interview directly with the school and complete an application form
  • If your preferred schools are not recruiting currently, your details will be kept in our pool for future vacancies
  • Support with interview preparation, lesson planning, and queries will be available throughout
