Who Are We?

Excell Supply is working with numerous schools and is actively seeking Primary Supply Teachers for both part-time and full-time positions across North Wales and the Northwest. We offer excellent pay rates, flexible work options, and a dedicated Account Manager who maintains strong relationships with local schools.

• Delivering EY, KS1, and KS2 curriculums
• Providing constructive and guided feedback to students, both written and verbal
• Demonstrating drive and determination to make a difference
• Maintaining high expectations of pupils' achievement and behavior
• Exhibiting outstanding classroom practice with children at the heart of all you do
• Being enthusiastic, flexible, creative, and ambitious
• Having excellent communication skills
• Having recent and relevant experience working with children and in the foundation phase
• Possessing excellent numeracy and literacy skills
• Having excellent behavior management skills
• Maintaining high expectations of children's achievement
• Being flexible, showing initiative, being reliable and enthusiastic
