Reeson Education is delighted to be recruiting for a Primary Teacher to join a warm and inclusive primary school in the M7 area. This Primary Teacher role is to teach a cheerful and curious Year 1 class and will suit a passionate educator who thrives on inspiring early learners.

The successful Primary Teacher will join a vibrant, two-form-entry school known for its supportive team, creative curriculum, and diverse, community-minded ethos. Whether you're an experienced Primary Teacher or an ECT ready to take on your first long-term role, this school will provide the structure and encouragement you need to succeed.

Primary Teacher - Key Responsibilities

• Full teaching responsibility for a delightful Year 1 class
• Deliver engaging and accessible lessons that meet national curriculum standards
• Use creative and inclusive strategies to support pupils with a range of needs
• Work closely with the parallel Year 1 Primary Teacher and wider KS1 team
• Foster strong relationships with families and contribute to the life of the school
• Assess progress, adapt learning plans, and maintain excellent classroom behaviour
• Use phonics knowledge (e.g. Read Write Inc. or Letters & Sounds) to support early literacy
  
  

Primary Teacher - Requirements

• UK QTS or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience as a Primary Teacher, ideally in KS1
• Confident classroom presence with a nurturing and reflective approach
• Willingness to commit fully to the role and school community
• Strong understanding of phonics, early writing, and KS1 learning goals
