Aspire People is currently recruiting dedicated individuals to support teachers in classrooms across Melton Mowbray. You will assist with daily lessons, provide one-to-one support, and work with small groups of pupils, including those with SEND.

The role emphasizes fostering academic, social and emotional development in a supportive, inclusive environment. We welcome applicants with a genuine passion for education, excellent communication and teamwork skills, and a willingness to undertake
