Primary Supply Teachers - Southampton Full-Time or Part-Time Start ASAP (Roles Available from September 2025)

We are currently seeking Primary Supply Teachers to join schools in Southampton on a full-time or part-time basis, with opportunities to start ASAP or from Easter. This is a fantastic chance to work in a variety of primary schools, supporting students across different year groups and contributing to their development in an engaging and flexible environment.



The Role:

  • Provide cover for classes across Key Stage 1 and 2.
  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons based on provided plans.
  • Support student learning and well-being in a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Adapt to different teaching environments and work with diverse groups of children.
  • Work closely with school staff to ensure students' academic and pastoral needs are met.


The Ideal Candidate:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching in a primary school setting, with the flexibility to teach across different year groups.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students of various abilities.
  • Reliable, adaptable, and enthusiastic about supporting the learning needs of students.
  • Available to start ASAP or after Easter.
