As a supply teacher, you’ll play a key role in maintaining continuity in education, supporting classroom learning, and creating a positive, dynamic learning environment. Our innovative system ensures weekly availability updates via text, allowing us to match you to the right role based on your preferences, availability, and career aspirations.

Responsibilities:
Engage and Inspire: Deliver interactive and tailored lesson plans to meet the diverse needs of your students, fostering an exciting and accessible learning environment.
Foster Positive Behavior: Implement effective classroom management strategies, ensuring a focused and respectful learning atmosphere.
Inclusive Learning: Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles, creating an inclusive classroom for all students.
Individualised Support: Monitor student progress, providing feedback and guidance to help them reach their full potential.
Organised Classroom Management: Efficiently manage classroom resources to ensure smooth lesson delivery and maximise student engagement.
Clear Communication: Maintain open communication with students, teachers, and school staff to create a seamless flow of support and information.
Adaptability: Be flexible and adjust to the changing needs of different schools and classrooms to ensure the best possible learning experience for students.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field (essential)
• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) preferred, but not essential
• Proven experience working with primary-aged children
• Strong classroom management skills with the ability to adapt to various teaching environments
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced school setting
• Valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance or willingness to obtain one
• Availability to work on short notice and willingness to travel across Buckinghamshire
