Job summary

Vision for Education Ltd is recruiting a Primary Supply Teacher for flexible days across KS1 & KS2 in Newmarket and surrounding villages. You will cover classes, deliver planned lessons, and maintain continuity of learning across year groups.

The role offers varied settings, with 08:15am–15:30pm hours, Monday to Friday, and potential part-time arrangements. Start date is November 2026 with long-term opportunities and guaranteed pay schemes in place.

Qualifications

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
• Confident approach to classroom management.
• Be able to provide full enhanced DBS clearance.
• Be able to provide two positive references to support your recent work as a teacher.
• Access to a car and able to drive.

Pay: £140- £165 per day (dependent on experience & qualifications)

We are seeking flexible and passionatePrimary Supply Teachersto work acrossmultiple primary schools in and around Newmarket. This is an exciting opportunity for qualified teachers or those returning to the profession who enjoy variety, adaptability, and making a positive impact across different school communities.

About the Role

As a Primary Supply Teacher, you willcover classes, deliver planned lessons, and ensure continuity of learningacross a range of year groups. You will adapt lessons to meet the needs of pupils, provide engaging learning experiences, and maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment in each setting.

We work with various primary schools in and around Newmarket. Hours of work are usually between 08:15am and 15:30pm, Monday to Friday. You may wish to work on a part time basis which is also fine, the work on offer is fully flexible. Planning for the lessons you cover will be provided and some light marking is usually expected. The schools we work with are inclusive, friendly and supportive places of work with Teaching Assistants often in place to support.

Guaranteed work contracts are also available for those that are looking for the surety of income.
