Job summary

Vision for Education Ltd is seeking a Primary Supply Teacher to work across Peterborough and surrounding villages. The role offers fully flexible days with the option for long-term opportunities. The position involves covering classes, delivering planned lessons, and maintaining consistent learning across different school settings.

Hours typically run 08:15–15:30, Monday to Friday. Part-time options are welcome.

Qualifications

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
• Confident approach to classroom management.
• Be able to provide full enhanced DBS clearance.
• Be able to provide two positive references to support your recent work as a teacher.
• Access to a car and able to drive.

Responsibilities

• Cover classes and deliver planned lessons across KS1 & KS2.
• Ensure continuity of learning across year groups.
• Adapt lessons to meet pupils' needs and provide engaging experiences.
• Attend to planning and light marking as required.

Role: Primary Supply Teacher (Flexible Days) - KS1 & KS2
Area: Peterborough (and surrounding villages)
Pay: £140- £165 per day (dependent on experience & qualifications)

We are seeking flexible and passionatePrimary Supply Teachersto work acrossmultiple primary schools in and around Peterborough. This is an exciting opportunity for qualified teachers or those returning to the profession who enjoy variety, adaptability, and making a positive impact across different school communities.

About the Role

As a Primary Supply Teacher, you willcover classes, deliver planned lessons, and ensure continuity of learningacross a range of year groups. You will adapt lessons to meet the needs of pupils, provide engaging learning experiences, and maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment in each setting.

We work with various primary schools in and around Wisbech. Hours of work are usually between 08:15am and 15:30pm, Monday to Friday. You may wish to work on a part time basis which is also fine, the work on offer is fully flexible. Planning for the lessons you cover will be provided and some light marking is usually expected. The schools we work with are inclusive, friendly and supportive places of work with Teaching Assistants often in place to support.

Guaranteed work contracts are also available for those that are looking for the surety of income.
