Role Overview:
As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will be covering classes across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 depending on your skill set and preferences. You may be working with children from Reception up to Year 6, delivering pre-set lessons and ensuring a positive and safe learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across various year groups
• Ensure continuity of learning in the absence of the regular class teacher
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Quickly build rapport with pupils and staff
• Mark work as required and leave effective feedback for the class teacher
• Adapt to different school settings and procedures
• Support pupils with varying levels of ability, including SEND
• Always maintain a professional and flexible approach

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
• Experience teaching in UK primary schools
• Confident managing a full classroom independently
• Ability to adapt quickly to new settings and age groups
