Primary Supply Teacher - Ashford

Tradewind Recruitment are sourcing for inspirational Supply Primary Teachers to support schools in the Ashford area, for ad-hoc daily supply, starting ASAP. With the nature of the market right now, there is scope to accommodate full-time supply, as well as part-time, giving flexibility on the days you want to work. This is open to both ECTs and experienced teachers.

We are incredibly experienced in this market and pride ourselves on transparency on the schools we are working with, and what to expect when you are booked in. You will be as prepared as possible before attending a booking, and we will ensure we get feedback too.

The Role

• Planning and delivering the Primary Curriculum in either KS1 or KS2
• Responsibility for ensuring your cohorts are supported, and challenged appropriately with the work set.
• Managing behaviour within the classroom effectively
• Liaising with Parents/Guardians on the progress and/or potential development areas of students

Requirements

• Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) in the UK
• Experience teaching the UK Primary Curriculum to either KS1 and/or KS2
• Hold an enhanced DBS (DBS on the update service is highly desirable)
