Job Details

Vision for Education is seeking qualified Teachers to provide general cover in Southampton and Portsmouth Primary Schools starting September 2025.

Salary: £125 - £150 a day

Type of work: Ad-hoc, long-term supply, delivering set work with no planning or marking required.

Applicants must have recent UK school teaching experience and be available for at least 2 days a week.

Paid to scale for permanent roles and long-term placements with additional responsibilities.

Candidate Requirements

• Be an ECT or Fully Qualified Teacher with QTS
• Flexible availability and ability to provide excellent cover
• Strong behaviour management skills and adherence to each school's behaviour policy
• Availability for full-time or part-time work in the local area, at least 2 days a week for ad-hoc supply
• Child Workforce DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
