This role starts in September 2025 or sooner, depending on your availability. It's a fantastic opportunity to gain varied experience in primary education.

About the Role / Role Overview:

As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will deliver pre-set lessons in the absence of the regular class teacher. You’ll create a positive and engaging learning environment while supporting pupils to stay on track with their work.

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 as required.
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
• Follow the school’s safeguarding and health & safety procedures.
• Ensure pupils remain engaged and on task.
• Leave feedback for the class teacher at the end of the day.
• Adapt to different classroom settings and year groups.

Job Requirements:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
• Experience working in primary schools is essential.
• Ability to teach across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2.
• Flexible, organised, and confident in different classroom settings.
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills.
• Have an updated CV (covering the last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
