Primary Supply Teacher

Location: Nottingham
Salary: 150-200 per day
Contract Type: Flexible, Temporary
Start Date: Sept 2025

Are you an enthusiastic and adaptable Primary School Teacher looking for flexible working opportunities? We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Primary Supply Teachers to register with Tradewind Recruitment to support our schools and academies across Nottingham and Nottinghamshire. As a supply teacher, you'll have the opportunity to work in a variety of schools across the area, stepping in for absent staff and supporting students in their learning journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver pre-planned lessons and ensure a high standard of teaching.
  • Provide a positive and engaging learning environment.
  • Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a safe, inclusive environment for all students.
  • Collaborate with staff to ensure continuity and a smooth learning experience.
  • Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.
  • Promote the development of students' social, emotional, and academic skills.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching in a primary school setting (preferred but not essential).
  • Excellent classroom management skills.
  • A passion for working with children and a commitment to their education.
  • Ability to adapt to different school environments and work effectively as part of a team.
