Job summary

Academics is seeking enthusiastic Primary Class Teachers for Northwich and Winsford to provide short- and long-term supply across EYFS, KS1, and KS2. You must be able to travel to partner schools by 8:30am and sometimes within 30–60 minutes notice for on-the-day requests.

Ideal candidates hold UK QTS and have experience in UK primary schools. A flexible, professional approach and strong classroom management are essential to succeed in this dynamic supply environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular cover across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
• Travel to partnership schools in Northwich, Winsford and surrounding areas by 8:30am with short notice.
• Support safeguarding and promote pupil welfare within client schools.
• Adjust teaching to the needs of each class and maintain strong behaviour management.

Our partnership primary schools in Northwich and Winsford are in need of enthusiastic and experienced Primary Class Teacher's to provide short and long term cover across Early Years, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2. Our temporary supply opportunities are for Primary Teachers who enjoy adaptability, variation, and the freedom to choose where and when they work!

The ideal applicant will have:

• UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Previous experience working in UK primary schools.
• Be happy to travel and to be able to get to our partnership schools in Northwich, Winsford, and the surrounding Cheshire areas by 8.30am with sometimes only 30-60 minute's notice for our on the day supply requirements.
• A flexible, positive, and professional approach.
• The ability to quickly build rapport with learners and staff.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.

Please be aware that your daily rate will be dependent upon experience, prior qualifications, training, and the client rate that is currently available.
