Your new role

You will undertake teaching responsibilities aligned with the school day and plan accordingly for your classes in line with curriculum expectations. You need to build strong bonds quickly and engage students creatively and proactively. Maintaining high personal and professional standards, engaging with the school calendar as needed, and being enthusiastic and energetic within the EYFS, KS1, and KS2 frameworks are essential. You will also monitor and track student progress as required by your school.

What you'll need to succeed
  • QTS status or experience as a Teaching Assistant
  • Knowledge of the EYFS, KS1, and KS2 curriculum
  • A fun and enthusiastic approach to teaching
  • Ability to develop good working relationships with staff and students
  • Ability to provide references from your placement and university
  • DBS on the update service preferred
  • Recent classroom experience within the last 2 years
