Affinity Workforce Solutions are working in partnership with multiple trusts who are looking for full or part-time primary supply teachers to work in schools across the Bristol area. The successful candidate must be compassionate, hard-working and have a positive mindset.

The successful applicant:

  • Have a sound understanding of Primary Education
  • Have excellent literacy, Numeracy, and communication skills
  • Have confidence supporting the KS1 and KS2 curriculum
  • Have experience of supporting children in all aspects of the curriculum
  • Will be a team player, as well as using their initiative and good sense of humour
  • Have experience of working with children with a range of additional needs including Autism, Speech and language difficulties both in smalls groups and 1:1.
  • Have a positive approach and be flexible to the demands of the job.
