Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking enthusiastic Primary Supply Teachers to join our pool serving Ely and East Cambridgeshire. You will deliver engaging lessons across EYFS to KS2, adapt to diverse school environments and follow school plans or plan independently where required.

Candidates with QTS and recent UK primary teaching experience will fit best. The role offers flexible day-to-day to long-term placements with competitive daily rates paid weekly via PAYE.

Qualifications

• QTS holder with eligibility to work in the UK.
• Recent UK primary teaching experience.
• Strong knowledge of the primary national curriculum.
• Experience teaching EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
• Flexible, reliable and adaptable to different classrooms.
• Excellent behaviour management and organisational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold QTS
• Have recent experience teaching within UK primary schools
• Possess a strong understanding of the primary national curriculum
• Be confident teaching EYFS, KS1 and KS2
• Be flexible, reliable and able to adapt quickly to different classrooms
• Demonstrate excellent behaviour management and organisational skills
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Be passionate about delivering engaging lessons that inspire children to succeed
• Be committed to supporting every child academic, Social and emotional development
