Job summary

Strategy Education is recruiting Primary Supply Teachers to work across welcoming primary schools in Ealing, with a September 2026 start. This role offers flexible day-to-day supply work as well as short-term and longer-term assignments, with competitive daily rates.

You will provide high-quality teaching and classroom management in the absence of the usual class teacher, and you may deliver pre-planned lessons or plan your own, depending on the school and assignment.

The Role

As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will provide high-quality teaching and classroom management in the absence of the usual class teacher. You may be required to deliver pre-planned lessons or plan and deliver your own lessons, depending on the school and assignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Teaching across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2, depending on experience
• Delivering engaging and well-structured lessons
• Following lesson plans and school schemes of work
• Maintaining a positive and well-managed classroom
• Supporting pupils with their learning and development
• Working effectively with support staff and the wider school team
