Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow and deliver pre-planned lesson plans and adapt teaching to meet the needs of individuals within the class.
• Manage classroom behaviour using a range of techniques.
• Provide a safe, positive, and engaging classroom environment.
• Work alongside other staff to create an inclusive learning environment.
• Follow school policies, including safeguarding.
• Mark work and provide feedback during the lesson where needed.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching in a UK primary school setting.
• Strong classroom management and adaptability.
• Willingness to travel across Wellingborough, Kettering, and Corby.
• A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
