Job summary

Springwood Primary School, part of Salford City Council, is seeking two full-time and one part-time Level 3 Teaching Assistants to join our Craig Hall (Irlam) site on permanent contracts.

We serve pupils with moderate, severe and complex needs and are part of the Link Education Trust. Successful applicants will support learning, promote inclusion, and engage in professional development, with DBS checks required.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting primary pupils with complex needs.
• Able to promote inclusion and support pupils with SEN.
• Able to work in a team to provide suitable learning environment.
• Willing to learn new skills and engage in professional development.
• Experience with challenging behaviour in educational settings.
• Able to develop skills to lead groups of pupils.
• Interest in specialist communication area.
