Job summary

Elementa is recruiting a SEND Teacher (Primary) to join the Elmtree Grove School team in Bristol. The role focuses on supporting primary learners (KS1, KS2 and Yr7) with SEMH, trauma, ADHD and ASC, delivering an adapted curriculum.

You will work full-time, temp-to-perm, with an October 2026 start, and salaries aligned to daily rates. The school offers a collaborative environment and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Qualified primary teacher with UK QTS/QTLS.
• Experience supporting learners with SEND (SEMH, trauma).
• Ability to deliver adaptable primary curriculum across KS1–Yr7.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an adapted Primary curriculum across the school.
• Provide high-quality lessons tailored to individual needs.
• Support learners with SEMH/trauma and other barriers to learning.
