Primary SEND Teacher

Salary: MPS1 - MPS6 (with potential for UPS)

Location: Westminster

SANZA Teaching (Tradewind's sister agency) are working with a forward-thinking and highly creative Primary School in Westminster that is seeking an outstanding Primary SEND Teacher to join their vibrant and inclusive community as soon as possible.

The Role

The successful candidate will deliver high-quality teaching and tailored interventions for pupils with a range of additional needs, including autism, speech and language delays, and social and emotional needs.

  • Plan and implement engaging lessons and individual learning programmes, using creative and multi-sensory approaches to meet diverse learning styles.
  • Monitor and assess pupil progress, maintaining accurate records and contributing to EHCP reviews and planning.
  • Take an active role in developing inclusive classroom practice across the school, modelling strategies and supporting colleagues where appropriate.
