Creative Classroom Assistant Wanted!

Location: LS8, Leeds
Pay: £90 – £105 per day Pay rate is dependent on experience & qualifications.
Contract: Temp-to-Perm

Are you bursting with creativity? Do you love glitter, glue sticks, silly songs, and big imaginations? If you're someone who can turn a cardboard box into a spaceship and a storybook into an adventure — we want YOU in our classroom!

We’re on the lookout for a magical Classroom Assistant to join a wonderful SEN school full of fantastic little learners who need that extra bit of spark and support. You’ll help children with Autism, ADHD, and other complex needs shine in their own unique way — all while having tons of fun along the way!

Your Mission (should you choose to accept it!):

• Team up with the teacher to make learning exciting and accessible for every child
• Use your artistic, musical, dramatic (or downright wacky) talents to bring the curriculum to life
• Build strong, positive bonds with the children to boost their confidence and independence
• Help keep the classroom running smoothly (yes, sometimes that includes finding lost glue lids!)
• Work closely with other superheroes (a.k.a. therapists and support staff) to create a safe, happy space to learn

About You:

• You’re creative, compassionate, and LOVE working with kids
• Experience with SEN is a bonus, but your attitude matters most!
• You’re patient, adaptable, and ready to join in with the singing, dancing, and learning
• You're always up for learning something new – we’ll help with training!
