The Role

• Teach a small, well-supported class of pupils with a range of SEN needs, including ASD, ADHD, and speech & language difficulties

• Lead a team of skilled LSAs to deliver tailored, engaging lessons

• Create an inclusive, encouraging environment where pupils feel seen, heard, and supported

• Plan and deliver a flexible, needs-led curriculum that puts children's well-being at the heart of learning
