Job summary

Monarch Education is seeking flexible supply teachers to work in Chippenham and surrounding areas. Roles cover Primary, Secondary and SEND, with day-to-day, short-term and longer placements, allowing you to shape your schedule while continuing to teach.

You will join a supportive team with access to CPD, safeguarding training and a dedicated consultant to help you secure suitable assignments close to home. We welcome NQTs and experienced teachers with QTS and an enhanced DBS.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teachers with QTS or equivalent
• Confident and adaptable educators who can build positive relationships quickly
• Teachers who are passionate about making a difference to pupils’ learning and wellbeing
• Strong classroom practitioners with effective behaviour management skills
• Has an enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one

Responsibilities

• Teach across Primary, Secondary and SEND settings on a supply basis
• Adapt to a variety of school environments and age ranges
• Maintain high teaching standards and classroom behaviour management
• Collaborate with schools and Monarch Education consultants to secure placements
