Job summary

Monarch Education is seeking flexible supply teachers to work across Primary, Secondary and SEND settings in Cirencester and surrounding areas. This role offers variety, routes into longer placements and a chance to gain experience across multiple schools while keeping a balance with your schedule.

Ideal candidates are QTS holders or equivalent, with strong classroom practice, good behaviour management and a current DBS update or willingness to obtain one.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teachers with QTS or equivalent.
• Confident and adaptable educators who can build positive relationships quickly.
• Teachers who are passionate about making a difference to pupils’ learning and wellbeing.
• Strong classroom practitioners with effective behaviour management skills.
• Has an enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Deliver day-to-day supply lessons across Primary, Secondary and SEND settings.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and school mentors.
• Maintain safeguarding standards and manage classroom behaviour effectively.
• Collaborate with Monarch Education consultants to secure appropriate placements.
