Job summary

Empowering Learning Ltd. is seeking a qualified Teaching Assistant to join a Derby primary school and support learning across the class, groups and one-to-one settings. The role operates during term-time only, offering daily rates of £90–£120 depending on experience.

You will work alongside the class teacher to help children make progress, encourage positive behaviour, and ensure every pupil feels included and safe in a welcoming classroom environment.

Qualifications

• A qualified teaching assistant with a relevant teaching assistant qualification.
• Experienced supporting children in a primary school.
• Confident in the classroom with a passion for helping children learn.
• Holds an up-to-date enhanced DBS, or is happy to complete one through us.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
