Job Title: Fully Qualified Primary Supply Teacher
Location: Various Primary Schools – Acorss Wellingborough, Kettering and Corby.
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Flexible (Daily, Short-Term, or Long-Term Supply)
Salary: £120 – £160 per day (dependent on experience and assignment length)

Job Description:

We are seeking adaptable, enthusiastic, and reliable Fully Qualified Primary Teachers to join our pool of supply staff working across primary schools in [e.g. Wellingborough, Kettering, and surrounding areas] from September 2025.

This is a fantastic opportunity for teachers who are looking for flexibility, variety, and the chance to teach in different school settings while maintaining a strong work-life balance.

Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum.

Adapt quickly to new classroom environments and routines.

Maintain a positive and safe learning environment for all pupils.

Follow school policies and work collaboratively with staff and leadership.

Provide effective classroom management and ensure continuity of learning during staff absence.

Mark work and leave feedback for the regular class teacher (depending on length of placement).

Requirements:

QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) – essential.

Experience teaching in EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2.

Strong classroom management skills and ability to adapt to different school settings.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

A flexible and professional approach to teaching.

An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
