Tradewind Recruitment are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary School Teacher to join a primary school based in Bartley Green. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a commitment to providing a high-quality learning experience for every student.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in all core subjects, including English, Mathematics, Science, and Humanities.
- Assess and evaluate student progress, setting and tracking individual goals.
- Create and maintain a positive and supportive classroom environment that encourages students to be active learners.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student learning and development.
- Use innovative and interactive teaching methods to enhance student engagement and understanding.
- Teach phonics using the Read Write Inc. scheme, helping students to develop their reading, writing, and spelling skills, and teach mathematics using the Maths No Problem scheme.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Proven experience teaching primary school students.
- Knowledge and experience of the UK National Curriculum.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for education and a commitment to student success.
- This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016), and therefore the ability to speak fluent spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
